Broken Cords Concert

About the project

Broken Cords was a benefit concert to raise awareness of human trafficking in Houston, Texas. The brainchild of siblings Stephen, Melanie and Dianna Muldrow, Broken Cords’ aim was to show that individuals of all ages can help identify and prevent the modern-day enslavement of children, women and men. Featuring world-class musicians who have performed throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, the concert took place at the prestigious Jones Hall in the Houston Theater District on August 29, 2009.
