Website Design Contest Rules

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY – VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

SPONSOR. The DuoParadigms Website Design Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by DuoParadigms Public Relations and Design, Inc. (the “Sponsor”)

ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate families of the Sponsor are not eligible to win any prizes awarded during the Contest. By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Eligibility, age and all claims made by potential winners of prizes are subject to verification.

ENTRY PERIOD. Entry to the Contest begins on May 1, 2012 and continues through May 31, 2012.

HOW TO ENTER. To enter the contest, visit http://www.duoparadigms.com and click on the Contest link. Only one entry is eligible per email address. Eligible entrants must LIKE Sponsor on Facebook and submit the entry form. Entrants must still be Facebook fans of Sponsor at time of drawing to be eligible.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS. After the conclusion of the contest entry period, Sponsor will select one entry and notify the winner via phone and/or email. Sponsor will also award the person who sends the most referrals to the contest with the Referral Bonus.

PRIZES. Website Design Package Details (approximate retail value of $1050.00):

– A customized website featuring four standard pages, a blog, and up to twenty images built into the design.
– 10% off a custom logo design (if a new logo is desired)
– One free year of website hosting
– One free year domain name registration
– 500 one-sided color, glossy, custom designed business cards

Referral Bonus:
- 1000 one-sided color, glossy, custom designed business cards

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES. Prizes are non-refundable for cash and non-changeable once issued. Prize winners can assign or transfer their prizes to another person.Fulfillment/delivery dates for Prizes will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. A potential winner must claim their prize within 5 business days or it may be awarded to another individual. By claiming a prize, a winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use his or her name on Sponsor’s website.

Prize winners are responsible for reporting any Federal, state and local taxes and if applicable, will be issued a 1099-MISC form for tax reporting purposes. Prior to the designing of a website, the website package winner will be required to sign Sponsor’s website design and hosting contract.

PRIVACY/SHARING EMAIL ADDRESSES. DuoParadigms respects your privacy. You will only receive email messages from Sponsor and its partners. By entering the contest, you agree to receive email messages from Sponsor and its partners related to this and future promotions.

Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and by entering this contest, Entrants agree to release Sponsor, its shareholders, and employees from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and/or property which may be sustained in connection with participation in the contest, and/or the receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of any prize.
